Meet the chef. Vincia "Vincy" Hughes! Vincia is the owner and chef of Vincy On The Beach, located in Sandy Ground. Vincia has over 35 years of culinary experience gained from working at many of Anguilla's resorts and restaurants! She was the Chef de Partie at Viceroy/ Four Seasons, and was most recently the Sous Chef for Celeste at Malliouhana.
